Today, in 2024, Luzerne stands as a global leader in the tableware industry. We supply to HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), major F&B and hotel group holdings, prominent airlines, and OEM brands worldwide. By 1973, Hiap Huat had reorganised into a holding company, exploring new business avenues, including manufacturing and property development. This strategic shift allowed us to diversify our offerings and lay the groundwork for large-scale production capabilities.

In 1994, we embarked on a significant milestone by starting a factory in Dehua, China. This move marked our entry into large-scale tableware manufacturing. Dehua, known for its rich heritage in ceramic production, provided the perfect environment for us to hone our craft and expand our capabilities.
