Every Saturdays (except PH). Will commence upon reaching minimum of 8 pax. Interested participants will be contacted of the confirmed dates.
Terms and Conditions:
1. No refunds on the event's fees shall be made. If the registered participant cannot attend the Event for any reason, he/she is entitled to send a replacement in written format.
2. Luzerne may, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion, for any reasons and without prior notice to the participant:
a) postpone, cancel, interrupt, or terminate the event and/or
b) change event times, venue, or audience capacity, including for reasons due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3. If the Event is postponed, Luzerne shall give notice of such postponement to the participants as soon as reasonably practicable.
4. By registering for the Event, each participant agrees and consents to:
a) the terms of our privacy policy as amended from time to time, available on our privacy policy page ("Privacy Policy"), and the terms Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference:
b) The collection, use and disclosure of the participant's personal data to communicate for purposes related to the Event, to provide goods and services to the participant, and to receive promotional, marketing and other publicity information from time to time.
5. Images/Video may be recorded during the event and Luzerne reserves the rights to use the recorded materials, i.e. photography, digital photography and/or video used on the website, social media platforms, and/or other publicity material (such as internal and external newsletter) and may be provided to the media for publication in local or international mediums.
