Craving a hearty and comforting dinner tonight? Look no further than this delicious homemade meatball pasta recipe! Perfectly seasoned meatballs, spicy sausage, and a flavourful tomato sauce come together to create a dish that's as delicious as it is satisfying.

Ingredients:
- 250g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 medium capsicums, diced
- 2 spicy sausages, diced
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato purée
- 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence or Mixed Herbs
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1L beef stock
- 500g pasta
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and fry until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onion, capsicums, and sausages. Fry until vegetables are soft.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato purée, Herbs de Provence, balsamic vinegar, and beef stock. Bring to a boil.
- Add meatballs back into the pot and let it simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Cook pasta in salted water until it's slightly undercooked. Drain.
- Add pasta to the pot of meatballs and sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
