Simple home cooked lettuce spaghetti with pan fried sliced toman fish.

7-8 leaves of lettuce
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cups water

Blender it & set aside

Seasoning with salt, pepper, onion powder & pork powder seasoning.

Sauté garlic with olive oil till fragrant add in the blended lettuce & seasoning, then add in spaghetti & 4 tbsp of spaghetti broth. Let it simmering till the gravy thicken, dashing of pepper & ready to served.
